ITALY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER – URBINO, LE MARCHE

a romantic wedding portraits of an italian couple who just got married in a romantic and intimate italian wedding in the marche region of italy at urbino with an italian white fiat 500

Hello all and welcome back! Before I’m off again to my beloved Italy to relax for a few days after a busy wedding season, I had to share with you an inspiration wedding in Le Marche, Italy that I’ve organised a few months ago in Urbino. As an Italy Wedding Photographer born and proudly raised in Le Marche region, I love when I have the chance to highlight this gorgeous yet undiscovered Italian region and this was exactly the inspiration behind this Italian wedding day. I wanted other people to experience and appreciate its beauty as much as I do for this reason I’ve decided to recreate here an elegant, organic and yet romantic Italian wedding in Le Marche.

The creative team was sourced accordingly to this vision and I’ve been incredibly honoured to have worked with such a talented group of Italian wedding vendors that completely understood my ideas for the shoot. The team has been sourced primarily in Italy, with an international touch coming from the US and the UK.

As an Italy Wedding Photographer I’m thrilled to show you the beauty of the Marche region, and I’m sure you are going to love our dreamy wedding venue in Le Marche which served as the perfect backdrop for my natural photography style, which is really soft, light and romantic. You can read more about my romantic photography style here.

Urbino Resort, is a hidden gem located near Urbino, a Renaissance hill-town which is part of the Unesco World Heritage. This romantic Italian wedding was truly inspired by the venue. Urbino Resort is a quiet place immersed in the most peaceful surroundings, embraced by gold and green hills, along with vineyards, three lakes and centuries old oaks. It’s an Italian dream wedding venue and I felt in love the first second I stepped into it. I’m so in love with this place that I’ve actually organised there this summer my own Italian destination wedding (more on this soon).

It features an intimate Abbazia where the bride & groom can get married and an award-winning restaurant which utilise their local gastronomic products grown on their farm (win-win). It also features six houses that you are going to love if you’re into rustic and organic style as much as I am :) These houses were previously part of an ancient village and have now been furnished and restyled in a contemporary fashion. Each room is distinguished from the others thanks to the careful selection of natural materials and made-to-measure furniture. They are all individually and carefully decorated to host up to 90 guests.

Perfect venue to spend an entire wedding weekend with your guests for your Italian Destination Wedding in Le Marche.

That’s exactly what we did by the way, and I can assure you, you and your wedding guests are going to love spending the day after the wedding by the pool, and with an Italian gelato in your hand :)

Urbino Resort is just a breathtaking Italian wedding venue to hold your intimate and romantic Italian wedding. As an Italy Wedding Photographer the location was just spot on.

The stunning bridal gown was created by Italian amazing designer Marianna Lanzilli. She recommended her ‘Dafne’ wedding dress, which is lined in silk and has a simple chapel train. The ivory vintage lace frills the simple silhouette that has a very low cut back that gives a modern and feminine accent to the bride. The back is decorated with the highest quality bridal silk flowers in the industry, created with the same fabric of the dress. Marianna Lanzilli envisions it for a truly romantic and fresh girl who wants to stand apart from the crowd.

The ‘Dafne’ gown was combined with charming heels with Swarovski elements by Mascia Mandolesi, who produces and manufactures their shoes exactly in the centre of the Marche region.

Our Italian bride Vittoria couldn’t have wore the wedding gown more elegantly. She was absolutely gorgeous. As a Wedding Photographer with a very romantic and natural style of photography, I love spending time with my brides during their bridal preparation. I love creating timeless and fine art bridal portraits and carefully photographing all the bridal details in an elegant and soft way.

Of course, we cannot forget the wife and husband team at Mirko Mazz, our hair and make up artist, who made our bride looking even more amazing and glamorous for this special wedding day.

The beautiful hair bridal piece was provided by the lovely Hermione Herbutt. She suggested her ‘Vintage Vine Headdress’ which is a double sided jewelled headband with delicate branches and tendrils of small pearl flowers, Swarovski crystals and pearl clusters. Perfect for making an impact in both loose and semi-structured hair styles.

Our handsome and charming Italian groom, Savino Alberto, wears all Italian brands: a gilet from Canali and the suit from Tagliatore and Eleventy, provided by Area2Rezzonico.

For the bride and groom’s wedding portraits, I wanted to create soft, timeless and editorial portraits that would fit with my romantic wedding photography style. I wanted to highlight the authentic personalities and uniqueness of my couple while still capturing them in spontaneous moments. As an Italy Wedding Photographer who loves rustic and organic style, I thought about taking them to the vineyards, near the guests houses and especially in front of the intimate abbazia, where an Italian FIAT 500 was parked waiting for them.

Having a FIAT 500 is an absolute must for a destination wedding in Italy!!!

The flowers, bouquet and table arrangements have been brilliantly created and styled by the phenomenal Annalisa Di Federico at ISA Events. The coral peonies are the splendid protagonist of the table centrepiece, and they are sweetly combined with peach carnation, viburnum and white dahlias. Soft spiraeas are framing the table centrepiece together with the succulent plants that recall the placeholders. The bride gorgeous compact bouquet features spiraeas, coral peonies, carnation and peach roses, viburnum, lisianthus and white dahlias. Everything is softly gathered together with an intense peach lace ribbon.

The gorgeous stationery suite was created by the very talented Victoria at Design House of Moira. She created a bespoke stationery for Urbino Resort, with watercolour designs recreating the Abbazia, the houses and the trees which surround the environment. She carefully selected the tones of the greens, taupe and gold to match with our other elements of the wedding day along with Italian style marbled paper. You will totally adore all of her creations.

And now onto some delicious Italian food. The charming dessert and wedding cake have been prepared by the team of Urbino dei Laghi, the Urbino Resort award-winning restaurant. The restaurant is located in the heart of the uncontaminated nature of the Marche region, planned according to specific criteria of eco-sustainability and built around centuries-old oaks as an integral part of the surrounding environment giving guests natural views of the lakelands. Their staff prepared macarons, pates de fruit, beignets, tartelette and the wedding cake.

Being an Italian Wedding Photographer, I just adore Italy and the Marche region and this shoot is the result of my passion for this undiscovered area. We hope to have inspired you with this work and to see you all soon wandering around in Le Marche.
